What You'll Do:
As Junior Agent at Cohen Commercial, you will be right in the thick of things, exploring the fascinating realms of sales, leasing, and property management. Picture yourself:
• Preparing captivating market studies and unleashing your analytical prowess;
• Embarking on exhilarating canvassing and prospecting missions;
• Crafting bonds that defy limits through relationship development;
• Igniting sparks of potential through cold calling on new business;
• Unleashing your negotiation wizardry while shaping contract terms;
• Showcasing properties to clients and prospective tenants through site tours and showings.
