At Cohen Commercial Realty, Inc., our interns are doing so much more than fetching coffee and running errands. We provide a hands-on opportunity to learn every aspect of commercial real estate and management which includes assisting senior associates, going on showings, creating marketing proposals, developing skills in cold calling, sitting in on meetings, networking with high-level professionals and everything in between. This program is tailored to the individual's interests and provides an extremely unique shadowing experience pairing each intern with an associate to learn the ins and outs of the industry. We are proud that the program has an extremely high success rate and many of our current associates easily transitioned into a full-time career with Cohen Commercial after graduation
