Mr. DeSimone was born and raised in Boston and moved to South Florida in 2019. A graduate of Nova Southeastern University, Mr. DeSimone earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Sports and Recreation Management while interning at Cohen Commercial Realty. Upon graduation, Mr. DeSimone joined the Cohen Commercial team full-time as a leasing and sales associate while simultaneously completing his master’s in real estate development at NSU. Mr. DeSimone has a unique attitude that he brings to the industry with his relationships and attentiveness to clients.
