Mr. Soled earned a Master of Business Administration from Florida Atlantic University in Real Estate and studied Real Estate and Economics as an undergraduate. He has a strong understanding of the different variables that define this dynamic industry. Prior to joining Cohen Commercial Realty, Mr. Soled was Senior Director at H. Alan Welles Real Estate where he had landlord representation and disposition totaling more than one million square feet, with a core focus on private party representation of retail and office properties in West Palm Beach.
