Mr. Soled attended Florida Atlantic University where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and later his M.B.A in Real Estate. Mr. Soled joined Cohen in 2012, and focuses on identifying, leveraging, and increasing value to his clients' portfolios through investment acquisition & disposition of income producing property, as well as land assemblage for developers. Mr. Soled excels at identifying sites for name brand retail, self-storage, and multi-family real estate for institutional and private investors.
