Born and raised in Palm Beach County, Mr. Cohen has experienced first-hand the area’s true growth and change. A graduate of The Florida State University’s College of Business, Mr. Cohen’s early experience began with NAI/Merin Hunter Codman in West Palm Beach. There, he specialized in retail leasing, site selection and investment sales, which eventually led him to a position with KISS Realty.

Still focusing on retail leasing at KISS, Mr. Cohen was personally responsible for one million square feet of retail space – including several national grocery-anchored shopping centers - and also had the privilege to handle a grocery development from the ground up.

Today, through the experience and success of Cohen Commercial Realty and Cohen Commercial Management, Mr. Cohen is renowned by his industry colleagues as an expert in his specializations, which include sales, leasing, site selection (local and national tenant representation), landlord representation, property management and small business sales. Currently, the Cohen Commercial team handles more than five million square feet of commercial properties throughout the entire South Florida market.

The continuing success of CCR through the ever-changing economic climate stands as a testament to the honest hard work that Mr. Cohen has put forth in gaining the most detailed knowledge of our area, vital industry skills, loyal clients and dependable staff.
