Mr. Mangione was born and raised in Tampa - a Florida native through and through. He received his Bachelor's degree in International Affairs with an emphasis on Economics from Florida State University in 2022. Mr. Mangione has since joined Cohen Commercial first as an intern, and after successful completion as an associate, learning under the tutelage of our seasoned professionals in the Landlord Representation division. Mr. Mangione has spent hundreds of hours studying the commercial real estate market in the Tampa area, making strides to learn more every day to ensure client satisfaction, create fluidity when conducting deals, and to foster new relationships with those who value his services to the community.
